*All Non-Credit Fitness Classes are FREE for Carlow students, faculty, and staff. There is a nominal fee for all others. The classes are held in St. Joe's Hall.
Registration is required. To register you will need to complete an enrollment form and waiver at your first class. Check with your physician before starting a new exercise program.
